 Job Opportunity 

• Position: Changemaker in Rome

• Working site: Rome, Italy

• Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities: 

• Creation and improvement of Volunteer Programs in Italy
• Coordination of the entire logistical operation of the international volunteering programs in Rome: Airport pick-ups, Escorting clients on volunteer programs, Escorting on tours, etc;
• Expansion and nurturing of our Social and Environmental partners' network: analyze, coordinate and manage the various needs
• Represent a B-Corp company pioneer in Sustainable Tourism in Italy
• Management of client reservations

• Cross-selling of tourism programs to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor in a relevant field (tourism, social work, management, or another relevant area)
• Experience in clients management
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote team
• Very good Italian and English language skills (mandatory)
• Driving license

• Strong social and environmental drive
